Return and Refund

1. Return period – 30 days

We apply a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the product. This means that you can request a return within 30 days if the product does not meet your expectations or has any problems. We encourage you to inspect the product carefully upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if you need to return the product to ensure your rights.

2. Return conditions

To ensure that the product is eligible for return, we require that the products meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, unused or worn.
  • The product must still have its labels and be in its original packaging.
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to authenticate the order when requesting a return.

3. Return Process

  • Return Instructions: If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with detailed instructions on how and where to return the item.
  • Important Note: Items sent back to us without first going through the return request process will not be accepted. We will only process returns once you have received confirmation from our customer support team.

4. Refund

Once we have received and inspected the item, you will be notified of the status of your return. If the item is eligible, we will process a refund using your original payment method. This process can take up to 30 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process the refund. Then, if you have not received the money, please contact your bank to confirm the status of the transaction. 6. Cancellation of Order

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via email at [email protected] with the subject “Order Cancellation Request” and provide your order number. Cancellation requests within 24 hours will not be charged. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, you can wait to receive the item and then follow the return process if you do not wish to keep the item.
